It’s always a surprise to see what prop or element in your surrounding will captivate the subject (usually a baby or toddler)! With this session, Miss G. LOVED her gerber daisy flower which I have to admit is my favorite flower too! I love her expressions, and I had a great time photographing little brother as well. I forget how fast they change!
It’s always an honor to be able to capture both a child’s newborn photos and their 12mo photos! Thanks guys for trusting me with such memorable occasions! We spent a fun hour one evening in downtown Madison hitting all of my favorite spots. I LOVE the urban look of my current hometown – Madison, AL!

I’m so excited to share with you the coffee table style, professional grade photo album from Leather Craftsmen that I just received. I received the album as a prize in their custom album design contest following the webinar series with Ross Benton. The album is from the 3500 flush-mount series with a distressed brown leather cover and Copper pebble stripe (H-cover stripe design). It’s imprinted (black modern font) in the stripe with the title of the album, OUR JOURNEY and has fine art white for the inside fly page instead of black. The photographs are of our trip to see the New England fall foliage and marks when I received my first DSLR and started my business.
I’ve now photographed three “Kates” that are all within 6mo old of my Kate. What are the odds? I had a great time chasing this Kate around downtown Huntsville photographing her at her 1 year milestone!
I had a great time following this dynamic duo around in downtown Madison. They were such naturals in front of the camera that I got to have fun just following them around and laughing with them. Thanks for a great morning T. Family!
I always love photographing this little girl! She has so much personality and the cutest brown curls! We spent a lovely afternoon in Piedmont Park in Atlanta to capture how much she has grown in the last 6 months!
This was a wonderful session as it was photographed at the St. Regis Hotel in Atlanta. It’s a world-class hotel with beautiful scenery inside and out. However what really made this special was the couple – my sister’s friends from college and my sister’s first roommate after moving to Atlanta. Congrats you guys and best wishes!
