I had the pleasure of photographing another Kate yesterday. Much to a photographer’s joy, she arrived sleeping and stayed that way for the beginning of the session.
She was such a sweet baby and reminded me how little mine used to be! It’s always fun to chat with other first-time parents.

A friend of mine shared a link to the following video which is a clip from the Today Show featuring an interview with Tracy Raver, a photographer in Nebraska who specializes in photographing newborns. Her photos are truly an inspiration.

I can hardly believe that my little chunky monkey is 6 months old! I decided to do some photos of her at this milestone in her life and couldn’t think of any better prop than that of her FAVORITE bath toy, the little yellow rubber duck! Enjoy!
