On Top of Huntsville

This was the first time photographing this wonderful family. And was I in for a treat! They live up on Monte Sano with an awesome view of the Tennessee Valley area.

I had a great time chasing around this little guy for his one year old session! With having a girl, I forget how much more active little boys are. We ran all around the church and its many courtyards. One thing I can count on, his older brother always has a big bright smile for the camera (such a ham)!

But Where’s the Train

I forgot once again to bring bug spray with me to a session in Downtown Madison. How I keep forgetting, I have no idea. Somehow we escaped with only about 10 bites or so (sorry guys)! Also, I told Miss A. that we should see a train while there. But unfortunately, they appeared to be working on the tracks up the way so no train. Sorry about that!

Miss B!

Congrats to my friends the M. family! What a beautiful little girl they have, sweet baby B! She’s by far the easiest going baby I think I have photographed yet. After 4 or 5 outfit changes, she was still as happy as can be. You guys are truly blessed!

1st Birthday!

It’s always an honor to be able to capture both a child’s newborn photos and their 12mo photos! Thanks guys for trusting me with such memorable occasions! We spent a fun hour one evening in downtown Madison hitting all of my favorite spots. I LOVE the urban look of my current hometown – Madison, AL!

Miss Kate

I’ve now photographed three “Kates” that are all within 6mo old of my Kate. What are the odds? I had a great time chasing this Kate around downtown Huntsville photographing her at her 1 year milestone!

Miss C.

I always love photographing this little girl! She has so much personality and the cutest brown curls! We spent a lovely afternoon in Piedmont Park in Atlanta to capture how much she has grown in the last 6 months!

Hometown Friends

I recently had the honor of photographing two families, both of which are from my hometown. One family now lives up in north Alabama in Decatur while the other lives in a neighboring town of where I was raised. My long-time friend contacted me to photograph them both separately and as a family. Such fun to see everyone again and to photograph this handsome young man (despite the fact that he’s wearing an Alabama hat)!

Welcome to Huntsville!

This family was referred to me by some friends/clients of mine (thanks guys!) as they are new to the area and just had a beautiful little boy (and their adorable daughter came too)! I love sleeping babies, and Jake was a champ as he slept through most of the session. Welcome to Huntsville y’all!
